Nick Raynsford MP, Co-Chair of the APPG, wrote an article titled "Looking for a Lightbulb Moment", which was published in The House Magazine on 29th June 2009. In the article, Mr Raynsford argued the importance of ensuring the improvement of the energy efficiency of the existing housing stock as well as new build housing, and noted the challenge of changing consumer attitudes towards sustainability.
The House Magazine is a highly-regarded weekly Westminster publication offering MPs and Peers the chance to write articles about issues they would like to see raised.
