The APPG held its first seminar, which looked at the UK housing market in the economic downturn.
Speakers included David Kern, Chief Economist at the British Chambers of Commerce and former Chief Economist at NatWest, David Smith, Economics Editor at the Sunday Times, and Neil Jefferson, Chief Executive of the Zero Carbon Hub.
The seminar was attended by over 80 people, including MPs and Peers from across the political spectrum as well as industry stakeholders, and provided a forum for lively debate on the current state of the UK housing market and implications for the future of sustainable housing.
